What does the application control panel include?

Getting Started and First Steps Guide

To get the most out of the application, it is recommended to complete the initial steps:

Account creation
Confirm email adress
Sign in and start your trial
Property registration from the control panel
Completed first check-in
Addition of billing data
Integration with PMS
Complete profile

Check-ins Section

Here you can view the history of check-ins made with the guest's information and the check-in and check-out dates.

You will be able to download the traveler's report, the rental contract, and export the guest records in pdf or excel.

Properties Section

In the properties section, you will be able to add and edit the information of your property or group of properties. You will also have the option to control all integrations with the authorities, Icals, obtain the traveler's report for the different properties, add rooms, access the QR code for self-check-in, and activate the contract creation option.

Agent section

You can add agents, who are trusted individuals that will be able to check in guests at your properties. Once added, they will receive an email with the necessary instructions to use the application.

Reservation section

In the reservations section, you will find all the information related to the reservations made by the guests:

Booking locator
Description
Actual property
Pax
Arrival and leaving date
information about the booking
Add manual entry bookings

You will have the option to customise reservations by making various configurations in the available options, as well as activating and deactivating notifications.

Frequently asked questions about the control panel

Go to Properties/My properties in the main menu, click the orange Edit button, to delete the property go to the options tab and click the red button at the bottom right that says "Delete this property".

From the control panel, go to Properties/My properties and click on the orange "Edit" button. If the rooms tab is disabled, go to options to enable it from there. Once this is done, we will be able to access the Rooms tab and add as many rooms as we want with the orange button +Add room.
