Legal Registration of travellers

The requirement to maintain a documentary record of travellers began with Order INT/1922/2003. Currently, with the application of Royal Decree 933/2021, it is mandatory to report the guest registration within 24 hours of their check-in at the facilities to the corresponding authorities.

With the implementation of Royal Decree 933/2021, the number of guest data that must be collected has increased. Check-in Scan is a platform fully prepared to comply with Royal Decree 933/2021. We have direct integration with SES.HOSPEDAJES, ALLOGGIATI WEB, SIBA SEF, and E-VISITOR.

With guest registration, in addition to complying with the legislation by communicating with the authorities, you will be protecting the guest in case of possible emergency situations. Having an updated registry is important for the safety and well-being of the guests in the accommodation.

At all times, the travel registration data will be encrypted and a secure communication will be made with the corresponding authorities (2048-bit data encryption, SSL).
